Lyn has 30 years of experience as an educator. She served as Principal at Woronora River Public and Muswellbrook South Public Schools and was teaching principal at Duri Public School. She is currently the Principal of the Understanding Minds Virtual School and online Speech Therapy clinic. She is committed to providing equitable educational opportunities for students who have learning difficulties.
